Wireless Access @ Your Library 03/31/2005
Wireless access is now available at the Delta Township District Library! The Library is offering this service to patrons who have a laptop with wireless capability. Available anywhere in the library, this new feature will ease demand for the public Internet access computers as well as enable patrons to use their own machines and have unlimited time on the Internet.
Offering wireless access is another step for the Library in our quest to keep up on the major technology trends and to offer our community the best possible technology. Many business people travel on a regular basis and taking your laptop to the library is a great way to keep in touch with work and family. For anyone working on papers for school or work, having the ability to write a paper and toggle back to the Internet or email someone while you are writing is a great convenience.
