Survey Parental Information on Student Progress & Giving Waverly a Grade
Below is a link to on-line survey we have developed for Waverly parents. The survey has two purposes. The first, is to gather your opinions on information on you daughters/son's academic progress. We would like to know what would be useful to you. The second purpose is to find out what you think about Waverly in a broad sense. We have asked you to give us a grade along with a brief explanation for your response.
No individual responses will be published. This is a non-scientific survey as it is being sent only to those parents who have registered an e-mail address with Waverly. Any conclusions drawn from the results have to be limited.
Feel free to encourage other parents to respond.
We will share the results with the Strategic Plan Periodic Update Team.
The survey is short-five questions. It might take five minutes. If you do not know what a question means there is a choice for 'Don't Know'.
