Author/Illustrator Kim Doner to Visit Waverly Elementary Schools in March
Waverly Community Schools is delighted to announce the visit of author/illustrator Kim Doner. She will be spending a day in each of the elementary buildings in March as part of March is Reading Month. Ms. Doner will work with Elmwood students on Monday, March 21, View students on Tuesday, March 22, Winans students on Wednesday, March 23, and Colt students on Thursday, March 24.
In addition to her fabulous book: Buffalo Dreams, Kim is known for her humor-filled, inspiring visits to schools. She shares the joyous journey of a creative concept from idea to reality. Kim says, "My passion is books and I pour all I've got into these visits."
