Constitution Day at Winans 09/17/2006 Monday, September 18th is celebrated all around the country as the anniversary of the signing of the Constitution. For Constitution Day, the Winans Elementary School Student Council sponsored Red, White and Blue clothing day. Classroom teachers also planned learning and activities to teach children about the Constitution of the United States and topics such as democracy and patriotism.
