Emergency Response Exercise at Windemere View on August 3 08/02/2011
On August 3, 2011, starting at 11:00 a.m., there will be an emergency response exercise at the former elementary school, Windemere View, located at 1500 Boynton in Lansing. The exercise is expected to last until 3:00 p.m.
This exercise will be conducted by the Eaton County Sheriff’s Department. A Waverly school bus will be on site as part of the exercise and the school building will also be used. The Sheriff’s Department will be conducting the emergency exercise on how to handle a hostage situation.
