Waverly Warrior Youth Wrestling

"Have fun. Get fit. Wrestle!"

Who:

• All boys ages 5-14

• Coaches Jeremy Zakora, Russ Lee, and Jim York (HS varsity coach)

What:

• Waverly Youth Wrestling in conjunction with the Michigan Youth Wrestling Association (MYWAY)

• $65 fee covers initial league fees, Warrior Wrestling t-shirt, excellent coaching (28 practices), and end of the season banquet. The second son discounted price is $30.

When:

• Sign-up is Tuesday and Thursday, November 17 and 19 from 5:30-6:00 PM.

• Practice is every Tuesday and Thursday beginning November 17 and 19 through mid-March (no practices on 11/26, 12/24, or 12/31).

Where:

• Middle School auxiliary gym adjacent to the St. Joe Road parking lot.

• Meets start Sunday, December 13 at Waverly HS and continue at local high school gyms through early March.

Why:

• Have fun! Develop friendships with other Waverly Wrestlers.

• Get fit! Your son will be in the best shape of his life as a wrestling athlete.

• Wrestle! Wrestling is a great individual sport that develops character, discipline, and a strong work ethic
